| Craig Baldwin is a judge in the Licking County Court of Common Pleas, Domestic Relations Division. An attorney since 1992, Judge Baldwin was a partner with the law firm of Jones, Norpell, List, Miller and Howarth. In 2001 he was appointed by the Licking County Commissioners as Director of the Licking County Child Support Enforcement Agency until his election as judge in 2004. |

| Judge Baldwin obtained a Juris Doctor from Capital University and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Ohio University. He has taken graduate degree classes both in Public Administration from Ohio University and Higher Education Administration from Penn State. He is a Newark Senior High School graduate. |

| Judge Baldwin is a member of the American Judges Association, the Ohio Domestic Relations Judges Association, the Ohio Supreme Court Advisory Committee on Children, Families and the Courts and the Ohio Judicial Conference Domestic Relations Law and Procedure Committee. Judge Baldwin is also a member of the Ohio Supreme Court’s commission on the Rules of Superintendence. He is a member of the Licking County, Ohio State and American Bar Associations. |

| Judge Baldwin is the past president of Ohio Domestic Relations Judges Association. He has been an instructor for the Ohio Judicial College and a guest speaker for the Ohio Chapter of American Academy of Matrimonial Attorneys, the Licking County Bar Association, the Columbus Bar Association and the Ohio Child Support Directors Association. Judge Baldwin has been appointed by the Ohio Supreme Court as a visiting judge in Delaware, Fairfield, Greene and Muskingum counties. |

| Judge Baldwin is currently a board member of the Licking County YMCA, Mental Health America and the Hospice of Central Ohio Foundation. He is married and has two children who attend Newark City Schools. The Baldwins’ are members of the First Presbyterian Church of Granville. |
