Ms. Adzic joined the Board of Licking County Commissioner's office in February 2007, bringing with her 10 years of experience in public service. Responsibilities of the position include communicating with elected officials, department heads and staff; making recommendations to the Board in matters of policy development and administrative matters in accordance with statutory requirements; directing administration of day-to-day activities and operations of the Commissioner's office; and providing administrative support to the divisions of county government under the jurisdiction of the Board of County Commissioners.

Pam has been employed by Licking County for the past twelve years. She served as Administrative Assistant to the Transportation Improvement District (TID) and the Licking County Planning Commission before moving to her current position as Deputy Clerk to the Licking County Commissioners’ office. Pam created and now administers the on-line auction through Govdeals.com selling Licking County’s surplus items. She also serves as secretary to the Senior Levy Advisory Board and the Licking County Hospital Commission. Pam also assists the Clerk/Administrator in the preparation and the processing of ditch petitions, annexations, Commissioners office records management and establishing and vacating roads. Pam prepares and processes most bids and necessary documents including reports and/or recommendations on matters to be resolved by the County Commissioners.

Martha has been employed by Licking County since 1999 beginning in the Information Technology Dept as the Finance/HR Systems Administrator. There her responsibilities included training and coordination of purchase order functions, assisting with the current benefits administration systems and reporting. Most recently Marty was promoted to Deputy Clerk of Finance under the Board of Licking County Commissioners in November of 2007. Responsibilities include financial status reporting, analysis of General Fund and other fund activity, appropriations and transfers, assisting departments with requests/reporting, forecasting, financial public records requests, approval of purchase orders for all county departments under the Commissioners appropriating authority, approve invoices for offices, preparation of annual tax budget, and prepares the annual interim and final County Budget in accordance with Ohio Revised Code. Current projects include centralizing the current financial system to improve efficiency within the County and assisting Human Resources in utilization of the CMI system for benefits administration.
