| Income Sources |
| The Licking County Engineer's Office operates with two primary sources of income. The County's proportionate share of vehicle registration fees in the county. And the County's proportionate share of gasoline tax from sales at the gas pumps. The annual operating budget of the Licking County Engineer's Office is approximately $5.9 million. The primary use of the budget is to operate the County Tax Map Department and the County Highway Maintenance Department. |

| Licking County is the third largest county in the State of Ohio with 688 square miles. The County Engineer is responsible for 409 miles of highway and 414 bridges throughout the county. |

| Maintain a safe and passable highway and infrastructure system throughout Licking County. |
