The Licking County Health Department thanks you for participating in our online survey. Your input will provide a better understanding of underage drinking in our community. The Parents Who Host, Lose The Most: Don’t be a party to teenage drinking campaign is a program of Drug-Free Action Alliance with funding from the Ohio Department of Alcohol and Drug Addiction Services. Do you recall seeing or hearing about the “Parents Who Host, Lose The Most” program, it’s name or its slogan?

 
You cannot give alcohol to your teen’s friends under the age of 21, even in your own home or on your property, even with their parent’s permission.

 
You cannot knowingly allow a person under the age of 21, other than your child, to remain in your home or on your property while consuming or possessing alcohol.

 
Others can sue you if you give alcohol to anyone under 21 and they, in turn, hurt someone, hurt themselves or damage property.

All of the previous questions were true statements about the Ohio Underage Drinking Laws.
