• Clerical duties may include a combination of answering telephones, billing, bookkeeping, data entry, office machine operation, and other routine clerical and administrative functions such as drafting correspondence, scheduling appointments, organizing and maintaining paper and electronic files, or providing information to callers.
Plumbing Inspector
• Inspect facilities for compliance with regulations.
Animal Control Officer (INTERMITTENT)
Serves County as Animal Control Officer. Provides customer service and administrative / clerical support for the Animal Control Office.
Dental Assistant (Part Time Intermittent/Seasonal)
• Assists Dentists and Dental Hygienists as required to support the school based dental sealant program.
Dietitian I / Dietetic Technician - Intermittent
• Evaluates eligibility of clients and provides explanation of program
Transportation Planner
The Transportation Planner provides advanced GIS services for office including training; develops and organizes GIS data and develops GIS applications and maps, map templates, etc.; aids in long-range transportation planning, implements unified planning works programs; works on multi-modal, bicycle/pedestrian planning and corridor and focused plans; works on grant writing/management, updating website and electronic media, public outreach and involvement for LCATS.
SENIOR Programmer Analyst
Under general supervision from the department head may lead lower level programmer/analysts on Information Technology Services projects involving the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of business applications for streamlining, automating, and integrating the operations of all county agencies.
Transportation Planner (College Intern)
The Licking County Area Transportation Study (LCATS), the Metropolitan Planning Organization for Licking County, Ohio, is accepting applications for a College Intern to assist the LCATS staff in the development of GIS data layers, traffic count program and other transportation studies. Position offers a full-time summer work schedule (40 hours/week) with potential to also work part-time during remainder of the year (10-20 hours/week). Normal office hours are Monday-Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, occasional other hours for special events.
