Death Certificates are a record of the date, place, and cause of death of an individual.
Certified Birth and Death Records are $20.00 a copy. These are required for most official uses of vital records. They carry the seal of the registrar and are on special paper. |

| Due to changes in the state vital records laws, effective July 1, 2003, uncertified copies of birth and death certificates are no longer available. | Special thanks to Vera and Charles for all their help! |
