Series 1:
Domestic Execution Docket (Home Execution Docket). 1863-1883. Two bound volumes.
Series Scope and Content:
This series contains a record of executions (the process of enforcing a legal judgment) and attachments (seizure of real estate and/or personal property) ordered to satisfy judgments (debts). Each entry includes the case number, the litigants, date of execution ordered, judgment and costs, description of property levied on, date of sheriff’s return and records of sheriff’s sales. This record series is no longer created.

This series is arranged chronologically. There is an index.
