Michael A. Holmes (US Army Retired) is the Director of the Licking County Veterans Service Office. He is a veteran of the Gulf War and retired in 2006 with over 21 years of active service. He proudly served with the 7th Infantry Division at Ft. Ord CA, The 1st Armored Division in Erlangen Germany, US Army Recruiting Command in Newark OH, and the 2nd Infantry Division in the Republic of Korea. Michael is accredited by the Ohio Department of Veteran Services. He is a member of VFW Post #1060 and American Legion Post #85.
 
 
 
Dennis E. Waters is a service officer for the Licking County Veterans office and is accredited by the Ohio Department of Veteran Services. Affairs, the American Legion, the VFW, the DAV, the AMVETS and the Jewish War Veterans. He is a retired Army veteran and a member of the American Legion Post #85, VFW Post #1060, the DAV Chapter #23, the Korean War Veterans Association and the AMVETS Post #345.
 
 
 
Dawn L. Wells is a service officer for the Licking County Veterans Office. Dawn is a Gulf War veteran who spent 8 years in the Navy. She is accredited with the Ohio Department of Veteran Services, The American Legion, VFW and VVA. Dawn graduate from Heath High School and she is a member of VFW Post #1060, American Legion Post #85, AMVETS Post #345, & DAV #23.
 
 
 
Al Stanton (US Air Force Retired) is a service officer for the Licking County Veterans Office. He is a veteran of Vietnam and the Gulf War, retired in 1997 with over 24 years of active service. He proudly served between August 1990 – November 1995 during Operational Desert Shield, Desert Storm, also served as DOD civilian in support of Operation Enduring Freedom in 2001/2002 and Operation Iraqi Freedom in 2003. Units he served with were the 67th TRW Bergstrom AFB, TX; 355th TAC Davis-Monthan AFB, AZ; 2955th Combat Logistics SQ (CLSS) Robbins AFB, GA; 38 th USAF Recruiting SQ Concord, NH; 438 th MAC at Dover AFB, DE; 435th TFW Rhein-Main AB, Frankfurt, Germany; 9th TFW Beale AFB, CA; 3rd Combat Communication Group Tinker AFB, OK; 4404th Provisional Group Saudi Arabia , 51st Communications SQ in Osan, Korea, and the 60th Communications Squadron Travis AFB, CA. Al is accredited by the Ohio Department of Veterans Services and is a life member VFW Post #1060, life member AMVETS Post #CA 30, life member DAV Chapter #CA 84, life member American Military Retirees Association, member of American Legion Post #85 and a member of Vietnam Veterans of America Post #55.
 
 
 
Tim Connell (U.S. Air Force Retired) serves as a Service Officer assigned to the Licking County Veterans Service Office. He is a veteran of the Gulf War and retired in July 2001 with over 20 years of active duty service. He proudly served in the 3371st Student Training Squadron, Chanute Air Force Base, Illinois, 7362d Munitions Support Squadron, Royal Netherlands Air Base Volkel, 32nd Tactical Fighter Group, Soesterberg Air Base, The Netherlands, and the 32nd Air Operations Group, Ramstein Air Base, Germany. Tim is accredited by the Ohio Department of Veterans Services and a member of VFW Post #1060.
 
 
 
Howard E. Kern is the administrative assistant for the Licking County Veterans Office. Howard is a retired Air Force veteran. He is a life member of the Vietnam Veterans of America Chapter 55, member of American Legion Post #804 and AMVETS Post #345.
 
 
 
Marishca Love-Walker is the financial assistance officer for the Licking County Veterans Office. Marishca joined the office in December of 2012. She is veteran of the Persian Gulf War in the 1st Cavalry Division 758 Maintenance and an Army veteran with over eight year active duty serving as a Flight Specialist in Base Operations promoting safety and preventative maintenance programs for the pilots and aircraft servicemen. She has a Master’s of Science Degree in Transportation Planning and Management and a Baccalaureate of Science in Airway Science Management both from Texas Southern University. She also has a teacher’s certificate in Early Childhood Education from The University of St. Thomas in Houston, Texas.
