Mary C. Oliver is the Licking County Veterans' Service Officer. She has been with the office since 1995 and is accredited as a service officer with the American Legion, DAV, VFW, GOVA, and the AMVETS. She is an Army veteran having served with the 101st Abn. Div. and the 2nd Infantry Division. She is a life member of the DAV Chapter #23, AMVETS Post #345, American Legion Post #85, and the VFW Post #1060. A native of Ohio, she moved to Newark in 1994. |

Dawn L. Wells is in training to become a service officer. Dawn is an eight-year veteran of the United States Navy and was medically separated in 2000 after having served as an aviation mechanic aboard the USS Abraham Lincoln and the USS Kitty Hawk. She did two tours in the Persian Gulf. Dawn graduated from Heath High School and is a member of the VFW Post #1060. |
