Michael A. Holmes (US Army Retired) is the Director of the Licking County Veterans Service Office. He is a veteran of the Gulf War and retired in 2006 with over 21 years of active service. He proudly served with the 7th Infantry Division at Ft. Ord CA, The 1st Armored Division in Erlangen Germany, US Army Recruiting Command in Newark OH, and the 2nd Infantry Division in the Republic of Korea. Michael is accredited by the Ohio Department of Veteran Services. He is a member of VFW Post #1060 and American Legion Post #85.
 
 
 
Dennis E. Waters is a service officer for the Licking County Veterans office and is accredited by the Ohio Department of Veteran Services. Affairs, the American Legion, the VFW, the DAV, the AMVETS and the Jewish War Veterans. He is a retired Army veteran and a member of the American Legion Post #85, VFW Post #1060, the DAV Chapter #23, the Korean War Veterans Association and the AMVETS Post #345.
 
 
 
April D. Foster April D. Foster is the Fiscal Officer/ Special Programs Coordinator and a Service Officer for the Licking County Veterans Service Commission. April served in the U.S. Army and the Ohio Army National Guard from 2005 until 2008. During such time she was deployed for 15 months, 12 of which she spent in the National Capital Region as part of Operation Noble Eagle which is a homeland air-defense mission. April is accredited with the Ohio Department of Veterans Service, National Association of County Veteran Service Officers, The American Legion, AMVETS, Disabled American Veterans, Marine Corps League, Military Order of the Purple Heart, and Vietnam Veterans of America.
 
 
 
Dawn L. Wells has been a Service Officer for the Licking County Veterans Service Commission since July 2004. Dawn is a 1992 graduate of Heath High School. She is a veteran who spent 8 years in the US Navy on active duty. In 1994, Dawn was with the first group of women to be permanently stationed onboard a U.S. Naval Aircraft Carrier where she was deployed to the Persian Gulf as an Aircraft Engine Mechanic from 1995-1997. Dawn is currently accredited with and able to file claims on a Veteran's behalf through: The Ohio Department of Veterans Services, The American Legion, Veterans Of Foreign Wars, The Vietnam Veterans of America and The National Association of County Veterans Services Officers. She is also a Lifetime Member of : The American Legion Post #85, V.F.W. Post 1060, D.A.V. Chapter 23, and AMVETS Post #345.
 
 
 
Marishca Love-Walker is the financial assistance officer for the Licking County Veterans Office. Marishca joined the office in December of 2012. She is veteran of the Persian Gulf War in the 1st Cavalry Division 758 Maintenance and an Army veteran with over eight year active duty serving as a Flight Specialist in Base Operations promoting safety and preventative maintenance programs for the pilots and aircraft servicemen. She has a Master’s of Science Degree in Transportation Planning and Management and a Baccalaureate of Science in Airway Science Management both from Texas Southern University. She also has a teacher’s certificate in Early Childhood Education from The University of St. Thomas in Houston, Texas.
 
 
 
Ronald M. Walter Ronald M. Walter is the administrative assistant for the Licking County Veterans Office. Ron is an Army veteran having served 5 years active duty as a Forward Observer (13F) and 4 years in the Army Reserve as a Supply Sergeant (92Y). Ron enlisted in August 2007 and deployed in June 2009 with the 4th infantry division to RC-East, Afghanistan and again in May 2011 with the 504th BfSB to RC-South Afghanistan in support of Operation Enduring Freedom.
 
 
 
Christine C. Annarino Christine C. Annarino is a Service Officer for the Licking County Veterans Service Commission. Christy is a U.S. Army veteran having served with the 522nd Military Intelligence Battalion 2nd Armored Division at Fort Hood, TX as well as serving with the Ohio Army National Guard 737th Maintenance Battalion in Newark, OH. She is a 1981 graduate of Newark High School, a 2003 graduate of Otterbein University with a BA in Leadership & Management and a member of American Legion Post #804.
 
 
 
Janice Mary Ingle Janice Mary Ingle is Service Officer at the Licking County Veterans’ Service Commission and is accredited with the Ohio Department of Veterans Services, American Legion, Veterans of Foreign Wars and Vietnam Veterans of America. She is a retired Navy veteran with 20 years active service and graduate from Newark High School. Janice is a Life Member of VFW Post 2898 and Past Post Commander of VFW Post 1060, member of the American Legion Post 587 and AMVETS Life Member.
