For the Community Development Block Grant Allocation (CDBG), the following projects meet the National Objective of benefiting low-to-moderate income (LMI) residents in an LMI area.

2. Village of Buckeye Lake Neel Avenue Storm Drainage $ 58,470
3.Village of St. Louisville ADA Renovations $ 72,000
4.St. Louisville Sidewalk Improvements- Sugar Street Phase II $ 86,413
5. Hartford Generator Installation $ 44,000
6. Fair Housing and Administration $ 90,000
CDBG Total $428,883
Alternate Project 1: County Wide Owner Home Repair (LMI Direct Benefit) for low-to-moderate income residents at a cost of $30,000, if funds are available.
Alternate Project 2: Village of Johnstown Westview Drive, which will meet the National Objective of Area Benefit for low-moderate income residents at a cost of approximately $214,600, if funds are available.
Alternate Project 3: Hartford WWTP Generator Installation, which will meet the National Objective of Area Benefit for low-moderate income residents at a cost of approximately $44,000, if funds are available.
